Elsewhere, Sowmya is shown eating calmly, thinking heartlessly that if Akshat dies, she will even plan the menu for his mourning ceremony. Her hatred reaches a shocking level as she looks at the Saxena family photo and breaks it.

Suddenly, Sowmya experiences severe stomach pain and assumes it is labour pain, leaving her confused and frightened.

Mangal reaches Dr. Deepak’s house, only to learn from the maid that he has already left. Not giving up, Mangal notices an auto with keys inside, drives it herself, and chases Dr. Deepak’s car.

She finally stops him on the road. In a heartbreaking moment, Mangal falls at his feet, begging him to save Akshat’s life. She tells him that Akshat is admitted to his hospital and only he can perform the surgery.

Dr. Deepak refuses at first, explaining that he is on leave. Just then, his daughter calls out from the car, reminding him that her wedding is today. His wife also requests Mangal to let him go, saying he has always sacrificed for his patients.

Meanwhile, Sowmya’s labour pain worsens. She calls Adit repeatedly, but he doesn’t answer.

Mangal reaches home, finds the reports, and is about to leave when she sees Sowmya lying unconscious on the floor in pain. Mangal asks her to get up and come to the hospital, but Sowmya refuses.

At the hospital, the doctor asks Adit about the reports. Adit says Mangal is on her way. When Adit calls Mangal, she says she is still at home. He asks her to send the reports on his phone, which she does.

Mangal tries to inform Adit about Sowmya’s condition, but the call gets disconnected. After reviewing the reports, the doctor reveals that the surgery was delayed due to their absence, and that delay has kept Akshat in a critical condition.
